Since there is extensive interaction with customers and internal teams, individuals with strong communication skills are well-suited for this role. The Production Management Division plays a crucial role behind the scenes. While overseeing the entire production process, we handle tasks such as modifying production plans, adjusting and managing inventory to make it easier for the manufacturing department to do their work. Our goal is to ensure that we deliver products to customers according to their requested delivery dates, and we achieve this by maintaining constant communication with various departments.
What is rewarding about your job?
When we receive requests for order changes from customers, we liaise with various departments to implement plan changes accordingly. This often involves adapting to changing circumstances and can be challenging, but we receive support and guidance from our supervisors. Adjusting delivery schedules to meet customer demands results in many expressions of gratitude, and it’s incredibly fulfilling. While our work may not be flashy, the sense of achievement when everything runs smoothly, and customers are satisfied, is immeasurable!

We are responsible for upstream processes such as design, receiving various requests from domestic and international sources. Additionally, our job involves overall system operation and management, including maintenance of production management systems and efforts towards operational efficiency. Specifically, we work on sub-system development for internal process efficiency, RPA development, design and maintenance of IT infrastructure like internal PCs and network equipment, IT security measures, and IT education, among other tasks.
What skills are required?
There are four key skills required in the Systems Division. First, communication skills are essential as we need to communicate with other departments while advancing development and identifying and addressing internal issues from casual conversations. Second, logical thinking to identify causes and devise improvement strategies during troubleshooting and process improvement. Third, the ability to discover and absorb new technology and knowledge in the rapidly changing world of IT. Fourth, specialized knowledge in areas like programming and PC operation. Rest assured, we provide thorough training from the basics after you join!
