Katsushiro first ensures &#8220;a work environment where employees can work safely and securely.&#8221;<\/li>\n              <li>2. In order to realize the above, Katsushiro promotes &#8220;active occupational safety, health, and hygiene activities&#8221; with the cooperation of all employees.<\/li>\n              <li>3. We will work on risk reduction at every stage of design, procurement, and manufacturing, and promote the prevention of occupational accidents.<\/li>\n              <li>3. We will comply with 5S and 4K, and promote occupational safety and health management in accordance with safety and health-related laws and internal regulations.<\/li>\n              <li>4. We will promote the improvement of the physical and mental health of employees by providing an environment and opportunities for health maintenance and enhancement.<\/li>\n              <li>5.
